Located on Route 35 that connects the Gaza Strip with the West Bank. The civil Administration has here a Transport Licensing Office, a station for ownership transfer, a Ministry of Agriculture Plant and Livestock Supervisory Unit. Workers and prison visits cross. Almost no regular civilian traffic.
