A., a Palestinian resident of the Jabar neighborhood in Hebron, reported that many settlers from Hebron and the surrounding areas who came to celebrate the holiday cursed and spat on Palestinians who live in the area. 

Since the closure the streets are empty, everyone is at home, and the area has been quiet.
