This is what the waiting room looked like this morning. There was not a seat to be had. There were easily over 100 people there, both those waiting and those standing outside. Two men stood up immediately as we entered for us to sit.

Our friend, the taxi driver, told us that he had already brought people at 7 a.m., and they were still waiting. We were told that there was only one window open, and that it only opened well after 9 o’clock. Why? Because.

Evidently, a soldier came through earlier and gathered the IDs of people, but when we arrived only 10 had received the magnetic card. Then we were told that there was a problem with the internet, and that they would open again after 1 o’clock.

We took the number of our taxi driver and have just spoken to him. He said people waited until 4 o’clock and then went home. We can do nothing to help people, and they still say thank you for coming.
