The cabs have been told to stand even further away from the CP opposite the Enav junction. For pedestrians it means a long haul to get to the cabs. While we were talking to the cab drivers a military Hummer sped down the road, on the opposite side of the white line, in the middle of the road while overtaking the cars waiting to turn at the junction. We did not succeed in getting his number.

A few moments later the soldiers decided to check a car with the dog. This was done in the middle of the road, which stopped other cars getting across and a line of 25 cars developed.
