One of the Palestinians, a teacher who is now on pension, told us that a day before the war he had been going to sign a contract to teach in Jerusalem but then the war broke out. . he had started giving private lessons to support his meagre pension. Before the war he as charging150 shekel but since then, with the situation as it is in the occupied territories, he only takes 50.
