Etzion DCL 12:00 noon: there were about twenty people waiting, and they claimed that during the previous hour and a half no-one had been taken inside.  We spoke to the humanitarian center .  At 12.15, two people who had received magnetic cards came out, but still no-one was taken inside. We again phoned to the humanitarian center. 

At 12:25 four people were taken inside. From 13.30 to 13.50 four people came out, one after the other. In other words, only six people had been processed during two hours ! We phoned again, and at 13.50 all those who were waiting in the hall were taken inside.

We left, due to personal reasons.
