Etzion DCL, 14:15 pm:  only two cars in the .parking lot

On the bulletin board we saw an announcement regarding land appropriation and a map marking the areas designated.  When we read and filmed the announcement, two persons arrived and were immediately sent in. 

A short time later they emerged — they were not required to  wait 6-7 hours as in the past. This is the second time we have witnessed an improvement in the DCL management.  Let us hope this will continue
