| Morning

South Hebron, Thursday 16/12/04, AMLiat G. (Hebrew) and Judy A. (English)Left Shoqet 6:45, returned 8:15Summary:All junctions (Dura – El-Fawar, Shepherds, Shiyuk, EDna) and roadblocks (Humanitarian, Halhul East, Halhul-Hebron Bridge) were open with pedestrian and/or car traffic moving freely. The only soldiers we saw were traveling on Road 60 in Humvees or jeeps. Yellow taxis were also using the road and there were also several cars with PA plates on the road. The morning was cold with intermittent rain which may explain why soldiers were not standing at the roadblocks and junctions.

  • Halhul-Hebron Bridge
