About 20 seamstresses wait for transportation at the upper car park area. Later we find out that they are also waiting for three seamstresses who were detained at the terminal. The detainees are released at 6:20 and tell us that this is not the first time; they have no clue as to why they are the only ones detained.
In the enclosed area there are passengers cars and pickup trucks with merchandise, under inspection.
We go down the sleeve and meet workers going out of the terminal in a fast pace, their stay inside is no longer than 5 minutes and they are not inspected in separate rooms. "How nice today, they brought us good looking young ladies".
Those coming out of the terminal complain about last Thursday, when it was crowded and there were irregularities both in the morning and in the afternoon. One person tells us that when his passage permit had expired, he was forced to wait 15 days (thus couldn't work) until he receive the new one.
6:40 Passenger cars wait below; they enter the vehicle's inspection area only at 6:50 while their passengers, who had already gone through, wait for them at the upper car park area.
E. tells us that recently the Chermesh checkpoint has been closing from 6 pm until 6 am the following morning, and that during the day there's often a roadblock in that place. This new development causes a 1-2 hours delay on their way to Baka.
7:30 - Shaked checkpoint
The area is still vacant and closed.
