Morning

7.10
Jubara – We are  not permitted to approach the road block. While driving on the main road to Anabta we watch from a distance and see that there is no line. The cars are passing through and so do 2 school buses.

7.25
Anabta – Vehicles are waiting in line. At the entrance there is a short line dissolving from time to time. At the exit there is a constant line of 15 cars. We measure the time it takes to pass through – about 7 minutes.

When we arrive 3 cabs are detained. Each time one young person is ordered out of the cab and sent to talk to a civilian in an army vehicle parking on the side. After a few minutes he is released. The detained cabs do not interfere with the passage through the road block, but the cabs are released only about 8.00. Still at the entrance, additional cabs are being detained, and the young men are sent to talk to the civilian. However, this time the procedure is shorter.
The inspection is inefficient. A detainee, who has been detained since our arrival, is interrogated only at 8.10 and is then released in the direction of Tulkarem. We are not allowed to talk to the detaineesinfo-icon.

10.10
Qalqiliya
There are no lines – the passage through is fast.
