A settler has taken over an apartment in a Palestinian neighborhood. To try and drive Palestinians out of this neighborhood he has installed loudspeakers on the roof of the building and is playing Hasidic music very loudly in all hours of the day.
Despite the fact that only young people are forbidden from crossing this checkpoint, a soldier who is not familiar with the rules is not letting a fifty five year old man through.
