Beit Ummar - a red barrier to prevent Palestinians from entering or exiting the town

Not knowing that the Occupied Territories were under curfew, we went to the DCO which we found empty.
But on the way we stopped at Beit Ummar to deliver money from Sylvia to a Palestinian. A man came up to us and showed us how, not only is there a red barrier to prevent Palestinians from entering or exiting the town but not the path leading to his land has also been blocked and he has been told that if he walks on the path he will be shot. He has not been on his land for three years.
