Maqam Abu Jud

A prayer site named after a Muslim dignitary from Far’ata village, located on the outskirts of the village.

The settler-colonist outpost Havat Gil’ad was built to its norty. Settler-colonists from the outpost often harass the Palestinian villagers and invade the Maqam, claiming it to be the tomb of Prophet Abdoun Ben Hillel of Faratoun.
