On our way back we saw this vehicle from the Jerusalem municipality complete with four enormous Israeli  flags, th4e flat of the municipality and the flag of the Lubavitcen rabbe.   A messiah…..I did not know how to make the photos larger. It is interesting if the vehicle belongs to the Jerusalem municipality. The  license number is 5242272, Volkswagen, a commercial vehicle and, if so, with which authority if is.

Many people waiting. We do not know how many clerks there are inside but when someone came out and said he had been the last inside it took 10 minutes for the next person to be called in.

We are sorry to announce that the new checkpoint post is working….but we also saw soldiers in the former one. And we thought, in our naivety, that there was a shortage of manpower. But now the settlers and those who use this  park   can now do so in the comforting knowledge that it is  “Arabrein” as the Palestinians no longer have access to what was once their own land.

We spoke to a man who has not been allowed on his land. He wanted to pick grape leaves….that is from the vines which were not burnt down by the settlers. He was refused permission.

A man who lived in America for many years has  his children  still there. He wants them to come and visit and he is obviously very well off but does not want to do so until he is sure that they will be given permission to come. He decided he would go to DCO Hebron to find out. Which at least meant that there are still come Palestinians well of and not wondering there their next meal is coming from.
