(reporter). 06:50- Sheikh Saed Inside the ditch we saw last week there are poles made of metal, and those are the beginning of a fence that will divide Sheikh Saed and Jabel Mukaber. In the meantime the fence is not yet there because there is not yet a decision of the Supreme Court. In the shed by the checkpoint there is a new face: a dog-leader with a trained fighting dog.Few people pass through. School children are on Holiday – it is Sunday. Three detainees are waiting, according to them, for an hour. They were caught inside the village by a grocery store. Are they allowed to arrest Palestinian from the west bank inside Sheikh Saed? Is it an Israeli territory? !! Is it allowed to arrest people beforehand? Meaning before they passed into an Israeli territory? Another absurdity: a young man who has an interim order from court that forbids the authorities from expelling him from Israel, is not allowed to pass through the checkpoint. When we asked the soldier he answers that a person with such a document has to stay inside Israel. If he goes into the territories he will not be able to return. The man with the document claims that he came to visit his mother.
