People claim to have been detained for more then an hour and a half. Half an hour later, they are free to go.A taxi driver lets off a handicapped person by the pedestrian inspection post. A soldier runs up to the cab, angry at the driver who drove too close to the post, against the orders. The driver feels threatened and the disabled man inside the car begs the soldier to leave the driver alone, as it’s not his fault.Two tough soldiers do not allow the coffee sellers to get close to the pen. They detain a person in the pen for just talking to a driver at the inspection post.One of those waiting in line tells us that a week ago, the soldiers detained men and women in the same pen, which is most unaccepted in their society. Furthermore, he tells us that two “mixed” families arrived at the gate, the women from Um al-Fahem (Israel) while the men from the occupied territories. They wanted to go to the West Bank. The soldier took the men into the pen and the women and children were seated outside the pen. Only 45 minutes later he allowed them through.
