They conduct themselves courteously with the locals as well as with us.In the Palestinian car park area, at the entrance to the terminal we met 5 youngsters from Kapeen, who were waiting in vain.They have agriculture passage permits which are valid for the Kapeen gate only. That gate is closed and here those permits are not accepted.At the Tul Karm District Coordination Office, no one was willing to talk with us. Very few people go through this checkpoint at this time. Two pick up trucks go through the gate, carrying eggs and vegetables.
