Morning
Seriously? Does this make us safer?

A army jeep blocks part of the circle and two soldiers check cars and passengers in the direction of the checkpoint. On the other hand the booth where the checking usually takes place is empty.

A long line of people wait to pass. The Ecumenical group has not arrived. The humanitarian gate opens for the first time at 6.40. They opened it roughly every 10 - 15 minutes. So does the turnstile.

7.30 No line. Everything works well and quickly. Even the voice of the woman soldier in the checking area  is quiet and polite. But it is hard to say that the bureaucracy shows that all is well.  Or that does carrying out the work are satisfied with themselves and are controlling the situation.
