MachsomWatch is an organization whose aim is to help overturn the policy that denies freedom of movement to Palestinians within the occupied territories and to bring an end to the occupation.

This website is one of the organization’s projects that aims to serve the public, providing it with information via the Internet (hereinafter: “the services”). No payment is required to use the services.

The organization is entitled to change the website and update the terms of use from time to time, according to its sole discretion, and thus it is incumbent upon you to reread the terms of use each time you visit the site. If you do not agree to the terms of use, please refrain from using the site.

The site’s content is open for the general public to use. It is definitely permitted to refer to the site when writing your original content and we certainly encourage this. However, the reports that appear on the site constitute its content when taken as a whole; they should not be edited, selectively used or taken out of context.
