7.15 Jubara
The traffic at the “Te’enim Passage” comes to a standstill, because the female soldier does not agree to perform the checking without the protection of the soldier who has come to let us through. So sometimes the settlers have to wait for the soldiers.
At Jubara there are many cars waiting for people who are coming from the village; some on their way to work and some on their way home. All the workers are being checked in accordance with the lists. The passage is fast and smooth.
7.50 Anabta
The passage is fast without interruptions.
8.40 Jit
Children are passing on their way to school and two teachers are supervising to make sure that they are safe. Three soldiers are standing on the side. According to them they are keeping watch to prevent settlers from attacking the Palestinians. Later on, at about 9 o’clock, when the children and their teachers have left for school, the soldiers remain. Now they have to keep watch on the road – there is an emergency. All along the road we see army vehicles parking on the side.
9.05 Shevut AmeeTwo young people are coming down from the mountain in the direction of Kdumim. Higher up there is one more person at the entrance to a cave.
9.15 Azun
The entrance is still blocked, and so is the entrance from the direction of Azbat Tabib.
9.30 Qalqiliya
The passage is open, and there are no guards at the checkpoint.
