Bethlehem – Checkpoint 300, 9:15- 10:45 AM:

The weather is Very cold at the checkpoint.

Four posts are open. Crowding comes and goes.  Occasionally the generous officer comes out (all is tranquil when he is around), stands between the two posts and lets people through by a quick glance at their papers. Many people cross over. I haven't noticed children. Among those going through were two volunteers of the EAPP.

Only one person was sent back due to lack of passage permit.
