Morning

09:00 to 10:45

Four windows are open.
Most of the time the passage is quick and no line is formed.  Occasionally the soldier insists on biometric checking (fingerprint check) and an old man was repeatedly required to put his finger up till he received approval from this slow and capricious machine.
Hardly any children arrived at this time.
When a long line of waiting people was formed the officer opened the gate separating the two windows and allowed people to pass quickly as he merely glanced at their permits.
