Etzion DCL

14:20 when we arrived the waiting hall was empty. During the last few weeks the hall was full and many people waited outside, as well. We tried to find out the reason for the change. We were told that most of the people who crowded the hall lately were Hebron's citizens that were unhappy with their DCO and preferred to come to Etzion's DCO, but at Etzion they probably decided to get rid of them and they were sent back. While we were there a few people arrived, they were immediately let in and came out shortly after.
