Smooth passage for pedestrians. Very few cars. Two fathers going with little boys to school are turned back (to go around forty meters around the concrete blocks) to stand in line with other pedestrans. Turns up that for a few days they were allowed to pass without waiting in a line, but with a different shift of soldiers the regulations are changed. Fathers are bewildered and try to argue but finally all are turned back to stand in a line.
