The soldiers there told us about a new regulation given only the day before: A new permit is needed - a permit to pass into Israel, instead of a permit to work in Isreal.According to the soldiers, the work givers in Isreal know about the new arrangement but at least one of them, who came to collect his men, didn't and went back with empty car.There were few workers waiting, we counted about 30 within one hour, and only few of them had the permit and could pass.
