We do not understand the reasons for this kind of quiet. ...Abu Dis: neither at the pishpash nor at the Hotel were there any soldiers checking documents. Many Palestinians going across the garden of the monastery adjacent to the pishpash. Continuing on to Ma'ale Adumim: the checkpoint was deserted... no army in evidence... therfore no line up of vehicles.....At the Container...also a realtively peaceful scene.... soldiers checking the cars at a good speed. No detainees... few cars in the line up.
