Soldiers present, no one currently stopped.Amasa checkpoint: soldiers present, no one currently stopped.We stopped at Hirbat Tawani and heard of altercations between the Palestinians and the Settlers and Israeli soldiers from the day before. The Settlers are still harassing the Palestinians.Zif gate – openThere are more than usual Palestinian private cars on the roads. (the numbers are still amazingly low.)East Halhul checkpoint – open. No congestion.Humanitarian checkpoint – money is being transferred across the gate with guarding by the Israeli blue police.The gate onto the Halhul-Hebron bridge from Rt 35 – open.Sheep jct checkpoint – no soldiers.Dura- el Fawar checkpoint – open, no soldiers.Gate on road to Daharia – open.
