On the way back we passed through Anabta. A military Hammer stood by the yellow barrier, for no special reason, according to the soldiers. The drivers waiting there told us of rumours that this crazy checkpoint will be opened in a month’s time. Let’s wait and see.In Irtah, at 0845, truck drivers waiting in a continuous line, and one driver waiting to pick up workers. They say that the gate was opened at about 0600, prison visitors and workers went through, and then the gate was shut ‘because there’s an exercise’. They have been waiting an hour and a half. A few minutes after we arrived, perhaps coincidentally, the gate was opened. No lines in Jubara, quick passage in both directions.
