Beit Iba

07:15  Qalqilya checkpoint.  Three cars enter and leave without being checked.

07:30  Jit junction.  A Hummer stands on the side of the road.  Cars pass by without delays.

07:45  Beit Iba.  Five cars waiting at the entry to be checked.  4 cars are standing and waiting from the direction of Kafr Husin.  A long line, mostly of trucks, at the exit.

A man with a donkey harnessed to a cart loaded with three very large, worn tires is delayed for 20 minutes by a very careful inspection of the cargo.

About 30 people waiting at the turnstile.  No detainees.

08:10  There are few people at the checkpoint from either direction.
