Afternoon

Beit  Iba,

14.20    Light flow of pedestrians, although university studies have already started.

A line of a few cars exiting Nablus.

A bus is held up for 5 minutes.  The men alight and a military policeman enters and checks.

The checkpoint is quiet, without shouting.

No dog handler.

15.30    As we are about to depart, a line of pedestrians builds up, but still far from the crowded days that we knew at Beit Iba.

15.31    (also Amg’ad at the kiosk feels that there are fewer customers – but does not complain.  He has enough business.)
