Tulkarm
There were long lines in each direction. There were 30 vehicles on
the line entering Tulkarm. The vehicles with Palestinian license plates were
waved through without being checked. Those with Israeli license plates
were stopped. Four and a half vehicles moved through per minute.

In the direction from Tulkarm we could not see the end of the line and about 3 vehicles passed through per minute.
