Bethlehem, Tue 6.1.09, Morning

06:30 AM, Bethlehem Checkpoint:  four checking posts were open when we arrived, but soon one was closed. The lines, though, were not long, and passage was quite quick. Some complained about the crowding on the other side, others said that it was not so bad. All, with no exception, told us that the previous two days had been bad.
