We reached the home of B. in Khalat Makhoul at 7:30 a.m.

He decided not to go out with the flock because of the vaccination he received yesterday and the rain that began to fall.

Since he was hurt in the shoulder a few days while falling from the roof of his sheep pen, B. asked us to help him with the routine chores.

We fed and watered the sheep and goats. Then we helped him fix plastic sheets and tarpaulins to cover the sheep pen for winter.

As we worked rain began to pour and lasted nearly an hour. We had to stop until the rain did.

Around 12:30 we were through with the chores and headed back.
