Falamiya North Checkpoint (914), Falamiya South Checkpoint (935)
Falamiya North – the gate is being opened at 5:40 and is closed at 6:20. This time there are less people. We are told that the olive picking season is over and the rain is late.
Nora asked about the permits: We are told that for plots of 300 sq. meters a permit for one worker is given, but now there is less work and is study time, so not all possibilities are exploited. A few persons from EAPPI arrived. They live at Tul Karem since three months. All in all three tractors and one truck arrived. Nora made friends with one of the military policemen. He was interested to know what we were doing and if we were continuing to Falamiya South.
Falamiya South – the gate was opened at 6:35 and closed at 7:00. A few people arrived. In total 5 tractors and one car.

Falamiya North (914) Opens 3 times a day for about 40 minutes each time. This checkpoint has extremely important for all farmers in the area since the previous, Falamya checkpoint opening routine of continuously open for 12 hours has been discontinued. This took place after the separation fence was moved westward following the High Court of Justice.
