Someone at the DCO is charging Palestinians an illegal fee to get an appointment!

Observers: Shlomit Steinitz, Netanya Ginzburg
Again we were told that people paid to get an appointment (to get a magnetic card or any other arrangement)! Only one person said that he made the appointment himself, but Shlomit heard him tell someone else that he paid.
One woman said that she paid 300 shekels.
One person complained vehemently that his land was flooded by sewage from the Rami Levy (supermarket) complex. This is not the first time we have heard of such cases.
