Exit is permitted only to residents of Beit Lid, Safrin and Shufa. Exit forbidden to residents of Tulkarm, Jenin and the villages from age 16 to 40 (men). A student from a village in Tulkarm district who wanted to get to Al-Najah University in Nablus was turned back. We phoned the Humanitarian Centre [that intercedes in special needs cases], but that did not help (the student has an exam).
