Anabta-Jubara, Wednesday, 7.12.2005, AMObservers: Inbal R, Rina T (reporting)Summary:The curfew for entry into Israel continues.The strict closure for Tulkarm and the villages to the North of the city up to Jenin is continuing. No exit except humanitarian cases. At the Anabta checkpoint too few soldiers for heavy traffic – causing lines and long waiting periods as at all roadblocks (“barriers”).Anabta7:20 – the closure is intended for Tulkarm and the whole area to the North up to Jenin inclusive. A long line of vehicles from the West. Less from the East. Teachers who are permitted to pass in the direction of Tulkarm and a medical team are allowed to pass to Nablus (of course without vehicles). A father with a sick child passed after suitable explanation to the soldiers.Jubara10:20 – here also is a closure of Tulkarm in force; at the exit checkpoint only inhabitants of the villages Shufa and Jubara are allowed to pass. An inhabitant of Shufa who came with his car containing cosmetics was allowed to pass – but without the merchandise.There is a barrier at the end of the sunken road – also there exit from Tulkarm is prevented.Of course, when there will be no closure, all will change for the better ,,,,
