Agricultural gate in the fence at Chabla
12.55 Reserve soldiers who only know the times of opening in the morning and afternoon. The agricultural gate in the fence at Chabla (no. 1393) is manned 6.45 -8.45  12.00-13.00. They say that only those with permits to the envelope area and who have the number of this gate on the permit can pass here. Few do.

Ar-Ras 13.15
 (no. 1351) is also manned by reservists  and here too there are few people passing. The soldiers are not sure if and when the checkpoint at the southern point from Qalqiliya ( on the road under Ras-Atiah) is manned.

A-Ras and Jubara 14.00 . IDs of the drivers are not checked.

14.25 Empty …no cars.  In the parking lot are tons of cars with Israeli number plates. In honour of Bush's visit Israeli cars are not allowed in . People an go in in local cars. One car goes to Tulkarm and is checked.

    •   The Jabra checkpoint was on Road 557, south of Tulkarm, on the side of the Figs Pass, which is located within the Palestinian Authority (a few kilometers east of the Green Line), and serves as an entry barrier from the territories to Israel. The checkpoint to the village of Jubara, which until 2013 was in the seam area, blocked and surrounded by a fence, was intended for the passage of the family members of the house next to the checkpoint, and also for the MachsomWatch volunteers (with special permission only), on their way to checkpoint 753. on the other side of the village. The soldiers supervising the "fig crossing" also supervised the crossing at this checkpoint, in our shifts we often waited a long time until the key was found and the gate opened. The checkpoint was abolished and became part of the separation fence that was moved west following the High Court.
