No pedestrians. Reservists select who will be inspected. A person who wanted to go through on foot to his job just past the checkpoint wasn’t allowed to do so. One of the reservists admitted that it didn’t occur to him to let him through on foot. Many Israeli vehicles at the entrance to Nablus. Some installations at the checkpoint are already operating – metal booths, a shed, chairs for the soldiers, and armed soldiers supervise people going through in both directions.
