We decided to return to the DCL on Monday Noon since we were able to do something last week. The parking lot was very full, even more than the week before. In the waiting hall were about 25 people. This time when we arrived we heard no complaints about slow proceedings. The numbers on the screen moved fast and the people entered one after the other. There was no need to call the soldier and ask for special help. The only ones who complained were the people who came for the "Shabac" and had to wait for hours. One of them showed us the letter that summoned him for 12.30 when the time was already 3 o'clock. Another claimed he waits since 7 Am and had not yet been called.

We left when there was no one waiting, outside many cars were still parked.
