4:00 PM, Etzion DCL: during the morning they had distributed 102 numbers. As usual those who didn't get a number kept on waiting at the DCL just in case they let them in.  
Nevoani came out to talk to those who were waiting. There were two people who had a problem with their permits. “Why?” they asked- “You wouldn't want me to explain the reason in public- you might end up accusing me that I haven't been discreet, right?”

We stayed in the car for a chat and looked to see how things would turn out. We didn't call any one or try speeding things up. 
Maher arrived and we talked to him. Shulamit reminded him that he had called her one evening to tell her how a case had ended. At five o'clock Shulamit got out of the car to see what had happened, and found out that everyone who was outside had entered.
