We arrived to find few cars and at last the gate is being fixed. We asked and were told it is for the Palestinians  to enter the offices but will check in the future to see if this is so.

As usual we advised a man who wished to have his period of “prevention” shortened to contact Sylvia. Did I mention that when I was at Walleja for the olive picking and was advising a man who was prevented to contact Sylvia her name was well known there.

A man who had been driving his brother’s car and had no driver license had the car license  confiscated and has come to try to retrieve it. He did not say that he had been fined.

Another had had several altercations with the army and had sat in jail for 17 months. His last prevention had ended on the 10.10.2021 and the file had been closed but this as usual does not appear on the computer.   He has been to the checkpoint several times and refused entry. We told him to get the necessary papers from the policeman…whom we hoped was present….and then…..guess what we advised him…….To contact Sylvia.
