We arrived to find  about 10 people waiting to go through and no soldier present. Shlomit phoned N. and the gates were opened and all went in. This happened twice

The women’s toilet was relatively clean but there was no water to wash one’s hands.

A Palestinian and a Jewish man arrived. The latter had sold the former his car which was to be broken down in  used parts. But they had to a document stating that the car was not stolen. They had been sent to the DCO from the police station above to the policeman at the DCO who of course was not present and would not be there till next week.  He seldom seems to be there.
