Jalama, Sunday, November 14, 2004, AM Observers: Ana N-S., Yocheved G., Chasida S. (reporting) 08:00 – 08:30 – Jenin (and its vicinity) is closed and locked. No one goes in and no one comes out, except for the yellow school bus. The reality of the residents of Kadeem and Ganeem is of another world. We were told that the closure would be lifted by tomorrow. We traveled an hour in order to hoist our flag on the car, to wear our badges, demonstrate our presence and drive another hour back home.

    • North of Jenin, on the Green Line between Israel and the West Bank. A big terminal for the passage of Palestinians with permits allowing entrance into Israel and goods into Israel operates there. In the course of 2009 the terminal was opened for the passage of Israeli Arabic citizens into the West Bank. Since October 2009 they may pass in their cars.
