Palestinians complain that passage is slow and that CP 250 was also late in opening this morning. They say that in order to get to work on time, they come to the gate in the late hours of the night and sleep in the fields. One worker said that due to the delay in opening the gates, they are late to work, which angers their employers. He added that they are required to return to the gate not later than 7 p.m, and if they are late, there are problems.Among the workers there are many women. Ana had brought bags of clothes and they were accepted enthusiastically. The soldiers’ behavior is correct.Rihan 08:30 – 10:00Sparse movement of pedestrians and of vehicles. Boys aged 14 arrive at the CP with no passage or identification papers. They are denied passage, but stay in the vicinity of the CP.

A big terminal for the passage of Palestinians with permits allowing entrance into Israel and goods into Israel operates there. In the course of 2009 the terminal was opened for the passage of Israeli Arabic citizens into the West Bank. Since October 2009 they may pass in their cars.
