Morning

Observers: Zvi Blumberg

| Morning

A jeep near the wall, checking some ids. Soldiers in the booth up the gas station, and in the booth over the wall, too. Three soldiers also up where the university is, checking ids. Only blue ids are let through. As we arrive there we are asked to move, because “you disturb us in carrying out our job” a soldier – Zvi Blumberg- said. 30 meters away, “new directions”, they said. It seems this is a new way to keep us away. Old people having a hard time climbing in front of the soldiers. The soldiers did not allow us to put a chair “this is not a passage” they said. Up the hill, where the big building under construction is (on the side of the university) there are soldiers and a jeep. Locals told us that very often the army is there. Please do have a look there, there are rumors that soldiers sometimes bring in people there. Another jeep around, we saw an arrested man in it.

We can't promise to stop the violence.

We can promise to keep showing up.
