Somebody tells us that he has an agricultural permit for two years which allows him to pass at Shaked, and in addition he has a work permit for the Seam Zone, which allows him to pass at Rihan.Someone else says that there are families whose small children study in Kabatieh and even in Jerusalem. They stay with relatives who live near the schools, thereby saving themselves a long walk to the checkpoint on their way to school.The few cars passing in both directions are checked by the soldiers. Passengers in taxis have to get out for the inspection.07:45 Rihan Checkpoint – Transit of people is fast. Steady traffic. Nobody waiting. Whoever comes goes straight through immediately.
