Arrested on 31.1.19.

Charges: membership and activity in an unlawful organization, aiding and abetting that organization, throwing rocks at an Israeli car, shooting and endangering security in the region.

 

The Police Investigator requests 8 additional days to complete the investigation. The sides agree on 4 days before transferring the case to the prosecution.

 

The defense attorney confers with the detainee and on his behalf asks the court for medical treatment: Yussef suffers from infections in the nose and the throat. The judge adds to his decision: due to medical complaints by the detainee, as recorded in the protocol, the judge (Heilbronn) orders the facility doctor to give him a medical exam.

Arrested on 31.1.19.

 

The investigator requests 10 additional days to complete the investigation. The sides agree on 8 days before transferring the case to the prosecution.

 

In his decision Justice Heilbronn accepts the agreement, since the reports indicate that there is valid evidence.
