16:00 Ten young Palestinians coming from their jobs in Habala wait to enter. One inspector. An old man with a donkey card enters after being delayed. A tractor isn’t allowed to leave because it’s transporting a generator but has an authorization only for household goods.
Ruti calls the humanitarian office; they’re willing to help and ask for the driver’s ID number. Unfortunately, we were already on our way…
