One lady, a citizen of East Jerusalem with her daughter, coming from Jordan, couldn’t pass with all her parcels and presents to Bethlehem to visit her son because she has a blue ID. No way to help. One Palestinian with a permit dated until 28.5.06 didn’t let through to Jerusalem, the soldier told us that they have new regulation and just permits that given in May are relevant. (Kafka is nothing against the reality here).Around the traffic circle of Ezyon were a huge number of blue police standing around and waiting. After we showed our guest the DCO (closed today), we stopped at the circle to ask one of the policemen what is going on or for what event they are waiting. Instead of an answer we where asked in a very rude way to give them our ID’s, what we are doing here, where we think we are going and so on. After that experience we couldn’t go to Beit Omar, the police didn’t let us pass. Al Khadr: one jeep, soldiers took licenses from yellow taxi drivers. After we looked and walked around they were given back and the jeep left. A lot of people asking us for help to get information, why they are not getting a magnet card.
